HISTORY

Over thirteen years of operation, the Saxa Rosata Group has developed over 57,000 sqm of commercial real estate. Tenant satisfaction is our main goal, accomplished through a combination of advanced construction techniques, proactive asset management, customer feedback and a constant drive to improve.

In the past ten years, nearly 250 Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have relocated to Formello business district, a trend expected to continue well into the future. The array of businesses operating there includes consulting companies, movie production houses and a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.

Saxa Rosata RE is a commercial real estate development and investment company based in Formello, Rome (Italy). Our mission is the development of high quality commercial real estate to enable present and prospective tenants to establish and successfully grow their businesses.

gabriellaGabriella Mozzi

Asset Management

Gabriella Mozzi is in charge of Asset Management. Ms. Mozzi has 8 years’ experience in managing the operating and financial aspects of commercial and residential properties. She earned a Law Degree at Università “La Sapienza”, where she focused on Corporate Law. She completed courses in Financial Accounting and Business Management at Istituto IPSOA, and a certificate in Marketing at the New York City campus of General Assembly. Ms. Mozzi is also General Manager of VVMonti, a vacation rental property company based in Rome.

rubenRuben Mozzi

Investments and Finance

Ruben Mozzi is in charge of Investments and Finance. Mr. Mozzi has 10 years’ experience in managing, financing and disposing commercial real estate. Previously, he served as Vice President at Terra Capital Partners, a New York City capital management firm and, as associate at Madison Capital Management, an equity real estate investment firm in New York. Mr. Mozzi holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Università di Roma Tre, a Master’s degree in Business from Vaxjo University, Sweden, and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University, USA.

francescoFrancesco Giulianelli

Legal

Francesco Giulanelli is in charge of Legal. Mr. Giulianelli has been advising clients on Real Estate and Corporate Law for over 8 years. Mr. Giulianelli holds a Law degree from Università di Roma Tre, where he focused on Real Estate Law. He attend the Anselmo Anselmi post-graduate school of legal studied in Rome. He has been a registered attorney since 2012.

lizLiz Grauman

Marketing

Elizabeth Grauman is in charge of Marketing and Communication. Ms. Grauman served as Sports Page Designer at the San Diego Union-Tribune in San Diego, USA, and as News Designer at the New York office of the New York Times. Ms. Grauman has been advising businesses in matters of Marketing, Branding and Design for over 10 years. Ms. Grauman holds a BA in Photojournalism/Art from the University of Montana.

Facility e Construction Management

Angelo Pira is in charge of Facility and Construction Management. Mr. Pira has over 10 years’ experience in operating commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining Saxa Rosata, Mr. Pira was involved in the development of several residential projects.

carlopieraPiera e Carlo Mozzi

Founders

Piera and Carlo are the founders of Saxa Rosata. Over the years, they oversaw the development of over approximately 60,000 MQ of commercial properties.
